Operation Encompass helps children who experience domestic abuse. It is a police and education partnership that aims to reduce the long-term impacts of domestic abuse by providing early intervention and support.
Operation Encompass enables our school to receive information from the police, before the start of the next school day, regarding any child who has experienced or witnessed a domestic incident.
This early information allows staff at New Chapter Primary to provide appropriate support to these children, helping them feel safe and secure.
